FSW Funding hired Patrick Cooper as director of underwriting. Cooper is based in Phoenix and will help build out the underwriting and credit team to support continued growth.
“Patrick has several years of experience in portfolio management, underwriting and workout situations making him a great fit for FSW as we continue to grow. He is tasked with overhauling our underwriting process and policies to help us increase efficiency and thoroughness in our due diligence process,” said Robyn Barrett, founder and managing member of FSW Funding.
Cooper started his career as an underwriter and has spent the last five years as the portfolio manager of Bankers Trust.
