TCI Business Capital hired Sheri Tischer as vice president of business development – staffing. Tischer has more than 15 years of front-line staffing experience. She will be responsible for developing staffing industry partnerships and driving sales of payroll funding solutions.

Before joining TCI Business Capital, Tischer was an area manager for Spherion (now Ranstad), where she oversaw operations for multiple branch units and led special projects for the organization. She also worked at Doherty to expand its staffing sector of business and open a new office in an untapped market of western Wisconsin. In addition, she has held the role of account executive with Kelly Services.
TCI Business Capital, a division of Fidelity Bank, provides invoice factoring, accounts receivable management, credit analysis, risk assessment and treasury services.
