Sarita Jha, CFA, joined Trimingham’s London office to lead its restructuring practice in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Jha provides bespoke advice and solutions to clients in restructuring, while providing specialized analysis and reports to family offices considering equity and debt investments.
During her 10-year tenure with UniCredit Principal Investments, Jha was part of a team responsible for investing €2 billion ($2.26 billion) of the bank’s balance sheet allocated to private equity opportunities (direct, co-investments and fund investments) in Europe with one of the areas of focus being real estate. Her experience also includes managing turnaround situations with stressed cash flows during the 2008 to 2009 financial crisis.
