Axiom Bank appointed Dan Karas executive vice president of Allied Affiliated Funding, the bank’s factoring and asset-based lending division. Karas will be responsible for driving the division’s initiatives toward continued growth.
Karas’ commercial lending experience spans nearly four decades with national and regional banks. In his most recent role at a Dallas-based community bank, Karas assisted in creating its commercial finance businesses while expanding its commercial lending platforms to increase profit.

Axiom Bank launched its factoring and asset-based lending division in July 2018 when the bank acquired Allied Affiliated Funding. This added a new line of service for commercial clients that could not meet the requirements of traditional commercial bank financing.
