CoStar Group awarded Keen-Summit Capital Partners the 2020 Power Broker Top Sales Firm award, recognizing firms that closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets. Additionally, Heather Milazzo, vice president of Keen-Summit Capital Partners, received the 2020 CoStar Power Broker Award for closing the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals.

During 2020, an extremely challenging year for commercial real estate transactions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Keen-Summit completed several major deals, including:

  • The $100 million court-supervised sale of the L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel (California), one of the largest hospitality transactions of the year

“We are deeply honored to be recognized with this prestigious award for our firms’ outstanding work and are very proud of Heather’s individual accomplishment as a power broker,” Harold Bordwin, co-principal and co-managing director of Keen-Summit Capital Partners, said.

“Our entire team has demonstrated to our industry how effective our work is, from brokerage and auctions to workouts and restructuring,” Matt Bordwin, fellow co-principal and co-managing director of Keen-Summit Capital Partners, said. “We look forward to another successful year in 2021.”

The CoStar Power Broker Award program has honored the industry’s elite for 21 years.
