Victory Park Capital, a global alternative investment firm and the investment manager of VPC Specialty Lending Investments, closed a $200 million credit facility with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company to finance Victory Park Capital Specialty Lending Investment’s growth initiatives.
