Comvest Credit Partners Provides $163MM Credit Facility to Camin Cargo Control

Comvest Credit Partners acted as joint lead arranger and lender in providing a $163 million senior secured credit facility to Camin Cargo Control, a third-party service provider of inspection, testing and fuel treatment services to the petroleum products industry. Camin is a portfolio company of Metalmark Capital Partners. The company used the financing to refinance existing debt.
