Gemini Finance provided a $10 million purchase order financing facility to a provider of COVID-19 tests to a state in the Midwest. Gemini’s client, a healthcare supply company, required the funds to secure COVID-19 tests from a manufacturer.
The client needed the capital quickly and was unable to secure funds from traditional banks or asset-based lenders. Gemini Finance performed the diligence on the transaction and provided the purchase order capital needed. A Los Angeles-based investment bank brought the transaction to Gemini Finance.
