Configure Partners, a middle-market investment bank, acted as the exclusive financing advisor to Hidden Harbor Capital Partners in connection with securing debt financing to facilitate its acquisition of Superhero Fire Protection, a fire, life and safety installer and service provider to multifamily and commercial end markets in the Southeast. Configure supported all aspects of the financing process including lender approach, structuring and negotiating the financing-related documentation for the acquisition.
