Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support three add-on acquisitions (Dalworth Restoration, Cousino Restoration and RestorePro) and provide growth capital for FLEET Response, an existing portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners.
Based in Englewood, CO, FLEET Response is a provider of residential and commercial restoration, mitigation and repair services with locations across the U.S. With the addition of Dalworth, Cousino and RestorePro, FLEET Response now has regional hubs in the Southwest, Midwest and Southeast in addition to its existing Pacific Northwest region.
