STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program created in partnership with Monitor, announced additional offerings for graduates of the STRIPES program.

STRIPES’ additional offerings include multi-part workshops delivered by equipment finance leaders that have been featured in STRIPES’ curriculum. These workshops will be offered on a continual basis commencing in February and be open to STRIPES graduates who did not previously attend these sessions as part of their 10-month STRIPES program. Details on two of the graduate workshops are outlined below:

Innovation Begins with Leadership – Enabled Through Culture & Fueled by Curiosity, delivered by Denis Stypulkoski, founder and principal of Reimagine Advisors, is aimed at leaders who are interested in expanding their capacity for curiosity, leading to a culture of innovation. This workshop is supplemented by The Discipline of Innovation – Applying Processes & Tools to Define & Deliver the Future, delivered by Christina Colabella Wilds, lead advisor of Reimagine Advisors.

Unleashing Creative Leadership to Drive Sustainable Change, delivered by Marysia Czarski, managing director of Ignition Creativity, and Laura Barbero Switalski, creativity and change leadership consultant, master facilitator and executive coach, is aimed at leaders who seek to foster creativity, change and a working environment where people are willing and able to tackle complex problems. This workshop is supplemented by small monthly coaching groups of three to five leaders and a single-session workshop, The Creative Change Agent.

“The STRIPES graduates are a community of lifelong learners; we’ve created these workshops to help them continue to sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of who they are as leaders,” Blair Dawson, executive director and general manager of STRIPES Leadership Program, said. “What we’re offering starting in February is only the beginning. Leadership is a continuous journey; we want these workshops, and future STRIPES offerings, to supplement the continued growth aspect of the program.”
