Stonebriar Commercial Finance promoted Jon Dahlfors to director of credit. In his new role, Dahlfors will continue to report to Jeff C. McCoy, senior managing director of credit at Stonebriar.
Dahlfors began his career as an analyst at Guggenheim Partners in 2014. In 2016, he joined Stonebriar as an associate focused on aviation investments and later transitioned his responsibilities to underwriting, documentation and portfolio management across multiple asset types and industries.
“We are fortunate to have Jon on our team and are happy to mark his continued professional growth with this well-deserved promotion to director,” McCoy said. “Jon plays an instrumental role in Stonebriar’s transactions involving flight simulators, commercial aviation and governmental aircraft leasing. His understanding of our clients, asset classes and markets is integral to Stonebriar’s management of client relationships and continued product development.”
Dahlfors played a role in the creation of Stonebriar’s employee philanthropic gift matching initiative and assisted in launching and managing the company’s credit internship program.
