SLR Digital Finance funded a $5 million credit facility for Ignite Media Group, a performance marketing company that offers digital marketing strategy, multi-channel targeted advertising, compliance management, analytics and campaign optimization to support customer acquisition efforts for Fortune 500 brands.

Ignite Media Group was recently created from Amobee, an international advertising technology company that sold to Tremor International in Sept. 2022. Brittany Hawkins, founder and CEO of Ignite Media Group, has more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing and was most recently the vice president of Amobee’s email business prior to acquiring the email business from Amobee in 2022.

“Ignite has created a unique set of performance-based solutions for Fortune 500 marketers. Their approach to building an end-to-end solution for marketers aligns perfectly with our approach to financing growth-oriented digital media and marketing businesses,” Jeffrey Austin, senior vice president of business development at SLR Digital Finance, said. “We are thrilled to partner with Brittany and Ignite to support their growth over the coming years.”

“Ignite Media is proud to partner with SLR Digital Finance as they are uniquely positioned to support our continued growth and expansion efforts with their deep understanding of the digital marketing industry, its landscape and needs. Their sophisticated platform and approach to financing further allows us to offer flexible finance terms and enhances our ability to win in market.” Hawkins, said.
