Great Rock Capital, an asset-focused commercial finance company specializing in middle market lending, provided $45 million of liquidity through a senior secured credit facility to a cosmetics company. The company used the facility to refinance existing indebtedness and to provide additional capital and financial flexibility to support growth.
Wingspire Capital served as the lead agent for the overall $125 million senior secured credit facility.
