Encina Private Credit served as administrative agent, collateral agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner for a senior secured credit facility supporting H.I.G. Capital’s acquisition of Tower Engineering Professionals, a provider of maintenance-driven, technical inspection, engineering and compliance solutions for telecommunication infrastructure. Encina provided first lien financing in the form of a revolving line of credit, term loan and delayed drawn term loan.
In addition, as previously reported, Audax Private Debt served as administrative agent and sole lead arranger on a second lien credit facility to support the acquisition.
