Encina Private Credit served as revolver agent and term loan lender for a senior secured credit facility to support the long-term growth of Visual Edge IT, a company that specializes in managed IT services and security, cloud computing and print/copy solutions for businesses across the U.S.
Visual Edge IT received new capital commitments from Encina Private Credit and funds managed by Ares Management totaling $40 million, which the company intends to use to support its long-term growth objectives. These commitments will allow for the company’s continued investment in print and IT solutions for both new and existing customers.
