Monroe Capital acted as administrative agent and joint lead arranger on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Lightwave Dental by Lindsay Goldberg, a NY-based private investment firm.
Founded in 2016 and based in Woodbridge, VA, Lightwave is a dental services organization that offers centralized shared services to affiliated clinics including finance and accounting, recruiting, patient scheduling, business analytics, data warehousing, practice management, systems, procurement and business development. The company currently supports more than 200 dentists and 1,800 active employees in 86 dental offices across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama.
