Garrington Capital, a provider of capital solutions to middle- market companies in the U.S. and Canada, closed a $1.2 million senior secured term loan for a U.S. subsidiary of a multi-national manufacturer of spare parts for heavy-duty commercial vehicles. The loan helped the borrower complete the build-out of new warehouses in the Atlanta and Los Angeles areas.
