The International Factoring Association, in conjunction with its NEXGEN Committee, announced the winners of the inaugural NEXGEN Awards. The award categories were announced in January to celebrate talented individuals who had significantly impacted their companies and the factoring industry. The recipients will be honored at the IFA’s annual conference on May 1 in Miami. Due to the number of nominees it received, the NEXGEN Committee created a fifth award category for IFA Ally Members in addition to the Rookie, Innovator, Leader and Rainmaker categories.
The award recipients include:
- NEXGEN Rookie – Olivia Hudson, portfolio manager at Sallyport Commercial Finance
- NEXGEN Innovator – Marie-Pascale Laguë, director of business development operations at Accord Financial
- NEXGEN Leader – Nolan Reichert, vice president and head of originations at Haversine Funding
- NEXGEN Rainmaker – John Center, partner at Quasar Capital Partners
- NEXGEN Ally – Sam Elitzer, president at FactorGenie
