First Citizens Bank’s CIT Commercial Services subsidiary named Jason Goldberg as a regional sales manager dedicated to increasing new business in the Northeast. Goldberg will be responsible for managing a team of business development officers focused on building strong customer relationships, as well as identifying, sourcing and closing factoring deals across a variety of industries. Based in New York, he will report to Amna Mahmood, Northeast regional manager for CIT Commercial Services.

Goldberg brings over 20 years of banking experience to First Citizens, having most recently served as chief lending officer at Blue Foundry Bank, where he was responsible for P&L management and sustainable performance improvement of the bank’s lending business. He also held several roles focused on delivering working capital and asset-backed solutions at various financial institutions including Israel Discount Bank of New York, Crestmark Bank and Westgate Financial.
Goldberg holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from State University of New York at Binghamton.
