Wingspire Capital provided $40 million in senior secured financing to a technology firm that provides solutions for mass transportation systems. The transaction includes a $20 million revolver and a $20 million term loan. Proceeds are being used to replace a previous loan while also providing additional liquidity and growth capital with more flexible terms.
