CB&S Bank recently established a new loan production office in Kennesaw, Georgia. CB&S Business Capital, a division of CB&S, will be focused on asset-based lending throughout the southern United States.
CB&S Business Capital will be led by its president, industry veteran Mike Knuckles. Prior to joining CB&S, Knuckles led the formation of asset-based lending divisions at two other southern regional banks.
“We are thrilled to have Mike Knuckles lead CB&S Business Capital. Having worked with him previously, I am confident that his 40 plus years of asset-based lending experience will serve him well as he builds this very strategically significant division of our company,” Mike Ross, president and CEO of CB&S, said.
“I am delighted to reunite with Mike Ross and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to build out the new ABL Division and help the bank achieve its growth goals over the next 3-5 years,” Knuckles said.
