Clifford Chance Advises TRP Energy in Asset Exchange Transaction with Diamondback

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised TRP Energy in its exchange transaction with Diamondback Energy in which it traded 15,000 net acres in the Midland basin for approximately 33,000 net acres in the Delaware basin and $238 million in cash._x000D_
