Cedar Croft Consulting, a turnaround management and financial advisory firm in North America, acted as a financial advisor for restaurant chain Ted’s Hot Dogs’ recent senior debt refinancing.

Cedar Croft Consulting worked closely with Ted’s Hot Dogs’ management team to assess financing options and negotiate favorable terms with lenders. The refinancing was designed to enhance Ted’s liquidity and financial flexibility, supporting the company’s growth and operational needs.

“We’re grateful for the expertise and dedication Cedar Croft Consulting brought to this process,” Evan Ortolani, president of Ted’s Hot Dogs, said. “This refinancing provides us with the stability and resources needed to continue serving our customers with the quality and tradition they expect while positioning our brand for future growth.”

“We are very pleased to have assisted Ted’s Hot Dogs in securing this crucial refinancing,” Patrick Walsh, president and managing director of Cedar Croft Consulting, said. “This transaction enhances Ted’s financial position for ongoing success in serving loyal customers and growing their iconic brand.”
