Golden Gate Capital acquired The Learning Experience, a provider of early education for children six weeks to six years old. The Learning Experience is headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL and led by co-founder, chairman and CEO Richard Weissman.

Varagon Capital Partners served as administrative agent on a senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition.
