Archer & Greiner added the boutique law firm of DiConza Traurig Kadish to its bench, enhancing its Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency Litigation Group.

Managing partner Gerard DiConza will continue in that role at the New York office. He will be joined by partners Jeffrey M. Traurig and Allen G. Kadish, of counsel Richard K. Milin, associates Lance A. Schildkraut and Harrison H.D. Breakstone and law clerk Bryant P. Churbuck.

“This strategic combination will significantly enhance Archer’s ability to serve its growing roster of business clients and its presence in the New York metropolitan market,” said Christopher R. Gibson, president of Archer. “DiConza Traurig Kadish’s attorneys have built a dedicated and trusted practice that brings both depth and value to Archer, and we are very pleased to bring them on board.”

“We’re thrilled to join a dynamic firm like Archer. The combination will afford our clients all of the benefits of a full-service firm, while complementing our reputation for providing personalized client attention and favorable middle-market rate structures,” DiConza said.

DiConza Traurig Kadish, with offices in mid-town Manhattan, specializes in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy litigation, business law, general commercial litigation, and asset sales and purchases in bankruptcy.
