Law firm Winston & Strawn represented GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm investing in middle market business-to-business industrial and business service companies, in connection with the acquisition of Nu-Pipe, a provider of underground infrastructure services, including sanitary and stormwater pipe cleaning, inspection and pipe rehabilitation services. This is the second acquisition by GenNx360’s portfolio company Shenandoah since GenNx360 acquired the platform in September 2024.
