Winston & Strawn announced that a team led by Kevin Brophy represented Westlawn Group LLC, a private investment firm based in Houston, TX focused on long-term investment in the global oil and gas industry, in connection with an equity commitment to X2 Resources LLC to pursue the acquisition and development of operated oil and natural gas assets.
