Winston & Strawn represented CFS Brands, a portfolio company of TJC, in its acquisition of Cornerstone Foodservice Group (CFS), a global company in foodservice equipment serving both front and back-of-house applications. Winston also represented Precision Aviation Group in its acquisition of H.E.R.O.S., a Rolls-Royce M250/RR300 engine MRO provider, and its affiliate, Hye-Tech Manufacturing.
