Winston & Strawn represented 10 X Capital in its participation in a $500 million private placement to establish VAPE, a publicly listed BNB treasury. The transaction, announced in collaboration with CEO Industries and with the support of YZi Labs, is expected to officially close on or around July 31, 2025.
