Global law firm Winston & Strawn advised Revelstoke Capital Partners in its investment in Griffin Concierge Medical. The deal marks the tenth platform investment from Revelstoke Capital Partners Fund III.
The Winston team included New York-based partners Justin Levy, Maria Kenny, and Rachel Ingwer as well as associates Sigal Dweck, Selin Ozaltun, and Daniela Purpuro. Partner Mary Katherine Kulback and associate Jessica Diedrich from Chicago were also on the deal along with Houston-based partner Banee Pachuca.
