Winston Advises GenNx360 in its Completed Sale of Aero 3 to VSE

On Dec. 23, VSE, a provider of aviation aftermarket distribution and repair services, completed its previously announced acquisition of Aero 3, a diversified global maintenance, repair and overhaul service provider, from GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.

Winston & Strawn represented GenNx360 Capital Partners in connection with the sale of Aero 3 to VSE. The team was led by partners Justin Levy in New York and Eric Kaufman in Chicago.
