Allison Adornato joined Wingspire Capital as a managing director and national head of underwriting. She will oversee the underwriting of Wingspire’s ABL products, which range from $20 million to $200 million in transaction size and include revolving lines of credit, fixed asset term loans and cash flow stretch term loans.
Before joining Wingspire, Adornato was a managing director and underwriting manager at Garrison Investment Group in New York, where she focused on direct lending. She was previously responsible for due diligence and execution of cash flow and ABL transactions and also served on the investment committee at Garrison and the board of directors of various portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Adornato was an underwriter in the restructuring group of CIT Business Credit.
“We are excited to add Allison’s critical thinking and creative mindset to Wingspire. Her experience in evaluating and structuring senior secured credit transactions will be immediately accretive,” John Rosin, president and chief operating officer of Wingspire, said.
