White Oak Group acted as exclusive financial advisor in the sale of Atlantic Press to Fisher Printing.
Based in Chicago and family-owned since 1926, Atlantic Press provides high-speed four color insert printing, creative, fulfillment and distribution services to retailers in grocery, hardware and furniture throughout the upper Midwest.
White Oak Group worked with Atlantic’s owner group to develop a prospective combination with a regional competitor that provided market concentration and pricing power. The strategic combination with Fisher Printing will create value for the combined business, with the transaction value coming out above prevailing market multiples.
