Andrew J. White has joined Blank Rome’s Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group as an associate in the firm’s new Chicago office.
White concentrates his practice on a wide range of finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Blank Rome, he was an examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
In this role, he examined financial institution investment and loan portfolios and legal documentation for conformity with financial regulations; collaborated with financial institution board and senior management to address discriminatory lending practices and disclosure requirements for commercial and consumer loans; and reviewed financial institutions for conformity with regulatory requirements prior to merger, acquisition, or new banking activity approval.
