White & Case Advises Groupe BPCE on Acquisition of Société Générale Equipment Finance

Global law firm White & Case has advised Groupe BPCE on the acquisition of the activities of Société Générale Equipment Finance (SGEF), a European providers of industrial equipment lease financing.

The transaction is subject to approval from the relevant regulatory bodies and antitrust authorities. It is expected to be completed in Q1/25.
