VSS Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in the healthcare, education and business services sectors, promoted Brad Corbin to managing director, Aditya Govil and Sai Parepally to principals, Jon-Michael Beckelman to vice president, Jack Lewin to senior associate and Dan Miyoshi to assistant controller.
“These promotions recognize the many contributions and steadfast commitment to excellence that Brad, Aditya, Sai, Jon-Michael, Jack and Dan have demonstrated since joining VSS and help to ensure the continuity of our team,” Jeffrey Stevenson, managing partner of VSS, said. “Individually and collectively, they have worked hard to advance our investments and partnerships with founder-led lower middle-market businesses in support of VSS’s success and long-term growth.”
Corbin, Govil, Parepally, Beckelman and Lewin are members of VSS’s investment team who have played an integral role in the firm’s deal evaluation, sourcing, structuring, execution and portfolio company monitoring. In their new roles, they will assume expanded responsibilities for VSS’s investments in lower-middle-market healthcare, business services and education companies and will continue to support founders’ organic growth initiatives. Miyoshi, who joined VSS’s in-house finance team 16 years ago, has played a vital role in valuing VSS’s portfolio companies alongside his daily accounting responsibilities.
“The ability of our professionals to demonstrate leadership and initiative, share their expertise and collaborate effectively is indicative of our team-oriented approach to achieving optimal value creation across VSS’s portfolio on behalf of our investors,” Stevenson said.
