BHI appointed Tom Vigna relationship manager and senior vice president for its New Jersey middle-market team.

Vigna will report to John Yoler, senior vice president and head of New Jersey Middle Market Lending, who manages BHI’s office in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

“We warmly welcome Tom to our growing team in New Jersey, a market he knows and understands from top to bottom. He will be an invaluable asset as BHI continues to expand into new sectors and activities in the mid-Atlantic middle market,” said Yoler

Vigna has more than 21 years of experience managing and growing a strong portfolio of core middle-market companies in the New Jersey/New York Metro region. For the past 13 years, he served as senior relationship manager and SVP at Wells Fargo Bank, where he played a key role in growing the bank’s market share from the ground up, beginning in 2005 when Wells Fargo opened their first commercial bank office in New Jersey.

“I’m really pleased to be joining BHI’s dynamic team of expert bankers who believe, as I do, that building genuine relationships with our customers and offering the best in advanced banking services is the key to success. I’m looking forward to using my experience and expertise to help BHI, which is already enjoying rapid growth, expand even faster and further,” said Vigna.

BHI is the U.S. division of Bank Hapoalim. It provides commercial lending solutions to middle market clients in the following sectors: commercial real estate; food and commodities; entertainment; apparel; healthcare and high-tech. In addition to its New York headquarters, the bank operates offices in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, Aventura, FL, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
