Utica Leaseco completed two transactions totaling $1.075 million during the last week of October 2018.
Utica first completed the funding of a $650,000 capital lease secured by machinery and equipment for a Midwest transportation company located in Michigan. The company will use the infusion of working capital to expand operations. Utica provided the needed refinancing on an expedited basis.
Utica also funded a $425,000 capital lease secured by machinery and equipment for a construction company located in New Jersey. The company will use the funds for working capital to continue expanding operations.
Utica provided financing based on collateral, not credit.
