Unitas Funding appointed John V. Santilli as chief production officer, marking a step forward in the company’s strategic growth and continued commitment to innovation in private lending.

In his new role at Unitas, Santilli will collaborate closely with the executive management team to lead production strategy and execution. He will be instrumental in helping the company redefine private lending by simplifying products, streamlining processes and ensuring timely, reliable funding. Santilli’s proven leadership, extensive industry relationships and deep expertise in the lending space will support Unitas’ goal to stand out in a competitive market.

“It’s crucial to differentiate ourselves from other lenders in the space,” Santilli said. “There’s a huge opportunity here to address the needs of the market, from fast underwriting to competitive rates, and Unitas is perfectly positioned to do so.”

Santilli brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and executive-level experience to Unitas, with a strong background in sales, marketing and growth strategy across both emerging and established business lending platforms. Most recently, he served as chief revenue officer at Rehab Financial Group, where he played a pivotal role in driving revenue and operational performance.

Santilli holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Drexel University and a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Pennsylvania.
