W. Dustin Goldstein has joined TriState Capital Bank as executive vice president, head of treasury management sales and strategy. In this role, Goldstein will be responsible for driving deposit and fee growth, enhancing the client experience, managing risk and strengthening team performance while advancing capabilities through technology and disciplined execution aligned with the bank’s goals.

“Recruiting Dustin is a powerful statement about where we are headed in treasury management,” Karla Villatoro de Friedman, executive vice president, chief deposit and administrative officer, corporate secretary at TriState Capital Bank, said. “He’s an exceptionally strong and sophisticated talent, and his leadership will elevate the business as we build on the significant enhancements already in motion.
