HYPERAMS formed a new entity: Hyper Valuation Services. All of the company’s appraisal services will be conducted by this entity moving forward. HYPERAMS also reported Bob Pabst, the company’s chief operating officer, purchased a controlling equity interest in and became president of HYPERAMS, while Tom Pabst, the company’s former president, transitioned to chairman of the company.
