Syndicate Including Citi and Goldman Sachs Provides $350MM Revolver to Nabors Industries

Nabors Industries closed a secured $350 million revolving credit facility. Institutions participating in the credit facility are Citibank, Goldman Sachs Bank, HSBC Bank, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding and Wells Fargo Bank. The new credit facility replaces the company’s 2018 revolving credit facility.

BNP Paribas-Led Group Refinances $1.75B Sustainability-Linked Revolver for Bunge

Bunge closed on the refinancing of its $1.75 billion, three-year revolving credit facility. BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, ING Bank, Natixis and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation served as active bookrunners, mandated lead arrangers and coordinators on the transaction.

JPMorgan, Citi, RBC and Truist Expand NMI’s Revolving Credit Facility to $250MM

NMI Holdings amended its senior secured revolving credit facility, increasing the revolving capacity to $250 million and extending the maturity from Feb. 22, 2023, to Nov. 10, 2025. JPMorgan Chase Bank, Citibank, RBC Capital Markets and Truist Securities served as joint lead arrangers.

BofA, Citibank and SMBC Agent Amendments to Digital Realty’s Revolving Credit Facilities

Digital Realty amended its existing global revolving credit facility and Japanese yen-denominated revolving credit facility. BofA Securities and Citibank are the sustainability structuring agents for the global revolver and SMBC is the sustainability structuring agent for the yen-denominated revolver.

TEAM entered into a $50 million delayed draw subordinated term loan facility led by Corre Management Partners. TEAM also entered into an amendment to its senior secured term loan facility led by Atlantic Park Strategic Capital Fund.

KeyBank Leads $200MM Increase to SmartStop Self Storage’s Credit Facility

SmartStop Self Storage exercised $200 million of its accordion under its existing multi-currency credit facility with a syndicate of banks led by KeyBank, Wells Fargo, Citibank and Bank of Montreal. KeyBanc Capital Markets and KeyBank served as joint lead arrangers and administrative agents.
