J.P. Morgan Asset Management launched a new life sciences private equity team, which will be called Life Sciences Private Capital. The new team will invest in both early and growth stage healthcare companies across multiple strategies.
J.P. Morgan Asset Management created a new sustainability-focused growth private equity investment team. In support of these efforts, the firm hired Tanya Barnes as co-managing partner of the new team alongside Osei Van Horne.
J.P. Morgan Asset Management expanded its private credit platform and appointed Vincent Lu and Brian Van Elslander co-heads of the newly formed global performing credit group. Lu and Van Elslander have experience in private credit and private equity sponsor coverage.
