MidCap Financial Provides $50MM Revolver to Output Services Group as Part of Reorganization

Output Services Group, a provider of print and digital billing and payment solutions, completed its reorganization process and emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. As part of the transaction, the company has access to a $50 million revolving credit facility from MidCap Financial.

H.I.G. Capital Promotes Patel, Schimel, Stokes and Zanarini

Alternative investment firm H.I.G Capital promoted Keval Patel to head of U.S. middle market LBO funds, Adam Schimel to co-head of H.I.G’s Bayside Capital special situations and distressed debt strategy, Ricky Stokes to head of U.S. lower middle market funds and Jeff Zanarini to head of business development for all U.S. private equity funds.
