RALEIGH, N.C., /PRNewswire/ — Suntera Fund Services, a provider of bespoke fund and loan administration and loan agency services for private credit funds, has partnered with Tenor, the AI-powered platform optimizing private credit operations. This collaboration enables Suntera to leverage Tenor’s Loan Central, incorporating AI-driven automation while maintaining oversight of critical loan servicing and compliance processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and risk management.

As private credit expands, loan administrators face increasing complexity in servicing, borrower monitoring, and compliance tracking. Through this partnership, Suntera integrates Tenor’s AI-driven automation and data validation tools to streamline workflows while maintaining high-touch client service and strategic decision-making.

“In a competitive private credit landscape, operational excellence is paramount. Our co-sourcing partnership with Tenor allows us to scale faster while ensuring our clients’ best-in-class reporting, compliance, and portfolio management,” said Michael Von Bevern, Co-Managing Director, Americas at Suntera. “By leveraging Tenor’s AI-powered platform, we can offer greater transparency and accuracy, reducing the manual burdens of loan administration.”

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Suntera to redefine private credit loan administration. This partnership demonstrates how co-sourcing empowers loan administrators with AI-driven technology without sacrificing control or flexibility,” said Tony Chung, Co-Founder & CEO of Tenor.
