Stellus Capital Management, a provider of lower middle-market direct lending, provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of Abry Partners’ investment in Inoapps.
Inoapps, led by CEO Andy Bird, is a global Oracle partner with deep cloud expertise.
