Affiliates of Stellus Capital Management led the successful syndication of senior debt financing to support the growth of Eskola, a commercial roofing contractor backed by Eagle Merchant Partners.

“Eskola is grateful for the support of both our partners at Eagle Merchant and Stellus in this latest evolution of Eskola’s growth and expansion,” Jon Eskola, CEO at Eskola, said. “Stellus has provided us the opportunity to continue to accelerate our growth trajectory as we build a best-in-class roofing company that seeks to serve our customers on a broader scale.”

“We appreciate Stellus’ support and thoughtful approach during the financing process,” Brady Sumner, principal at Eagle Merchant Partners, said. “We look forward to expanding the relationship as the business executes on its strategic growth initiatives.”
