Sound Point Capital Management acted as administrative agent and sole lender on a first lien senior secured credit facility to Salute Mission Critical for its acquisition of Iconicx Critical Solutions.
Salute was founded in 2013 with the vision of creating one of the largest independent providers of lifecycle services for data centers. The company is a global data center services provider that delivers mission critical operations and project services, including critical facility operations, multi-skilled operators, remote hands, preventative maintenance, security, structured cabling, construction support, cleaning and other critical services. Through its acquisition of Iconicx, Salute’s suite of services has expanded to include commissioning and quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) capabilities. The company’s customer base includes colocation, hyperscaler and edge data centers.
