Christine Bae and Jacob Ruby have joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as partners in the capital structure solutions practice.
Bae and Ruby bring extensive experience advising sponsors, companies, lenders and investors on complex capital structure matters, including liability management exercises, special situations and private credit transactions. Both are known for designing capital structure solutions that address clients’ most pressing strategic and financial challenges.
